Introduce! We would like to welcome you with open arms in our restaurant and introduce our colleagues to you. Nice to know who is at your table with a big smile or who is working hard in the kitchen to prepare your dish. This time Vinça is speaking.

VINÇA

Hi, my name is Vinça and I have been working at Het Alternatief in Hillegom for 2.5 years now! I did high school in hotel and just graduated for my Bachelor of Business Studies.

I have a passion for food & wine and I enjoy advising guests on their wine choice. What I like about Het Alternatief is that it is a place where you can relax all day long and that the entire team, both kitchen and service, always do everything we can to make it to your liking.

MY TIP

We have a nice cocktail menu with everything on it: the scroppino is my favorite!
